    For me last Christmas is a fantastic song but in this song if you'll play it again and again it says that someone is loving you but you're not recognizing it and the worst part is you've given that special someone's heart but then despite all that, she or he is still loving you and you are special to him or her. How about you if you feel like someone is loving you, you should love them too in exchange for the love they gave to you so show it say out loud this Christmas, go on maybe that special someone is just waiting.

    Last christmas I decided to tell my crush how I really felt about them the day before christmas break he told me he liked me back but after we left for christmas break I got a text saying he thought we were better as friends and that he wasn't ready for a relationship but he ran off with a mutual friend. This christmas I still like him but I have a boyfriend that really likes me back.

    Many people have thier own opinions and my opinion is that, this person who really loved the other person was wantiing nothing but for that one special person to feel the same way that they did, but they said no, and he just will have to move on because there is always a special, unique person outhere for evryone and including the one that is reading this at this point.

    I love this song sssooo much I sing it every day at school and jesse james laport thinks its anoyying but me and andre sing it toether and every hobo thinks its anoyying too but we don't care we sing it anywase sometimes the hobos throw food at us. One time my friend anton game me a aaron rodgers jersey it made me happy I broke my arm and justin timberlake and zac efron are sexyies!

    I think that the song is saying that christmas is really about love and that if somebody shares their love with you, you should share your love with them rather than with somebody else (especially if it's a romantic love). I also think that it's about appreciation - if a loved one gives you a gift that you don't like, keep it and appreciate it anyway because it's the thought that counts, so appreciating what they've given you is appreciating their thoughts and intentions and respecting how much they love you.

    Guy profeses his love to a girl on christmas, probably with a lovers type gift with a love note attached. She doesn't feel the same and lets him know (unfortunatly not until the next day). It is now the following december. He has seen her from time to time throughout the year but he avoids contact with her. The guy still thinks about the girl a lot even though he has found someone else. It's quite clear that although the guy has moved on he hasn't forgot the girl that broke his heart the previous holiday season.

    I personally think its about a girl who confessed her love to the guy she loved but he either rejected it or just used her and then dumped her or cheated on her. Then she's still trying to get over him and tells herself she is but she isn't completely, and that if he came back she might forgive him. She tells herself that she will never fall for anyone the way she did for him.

    Omg! Taylor swift is totally awesome! To me you cannot have x-mas without it! It's a girl/boy giving his/her heart to the one thy love. And the other boy/girl gave a broken heart back. And the girl/boy is saying, nu uh! This is not going to happen again! I am giving my love to someone who will love me back! And then we can get married. And have twins!     When you think about Christmas you always think of spending time with your family and friends specially with the one person you really love. All of it filled with many emotions and excitement yet there are times in which things may not go as you want them to go. With Last Christmas it tells a story of a girl trying to have her ex boyfriend realize that she gave up so much just to be with him yet he doesn't realize the sacrifices she made in order to be with him. Yet she may fall in love with him again when he stars talking to her so sweetly, but she realizes that she can live like that anymore deciding to quit on the relationship and see if she finds someone else. Someone who will love her for all the sacrifices that she has made in order to be with him. This song can work by a girl singing to a guy, guy singing to a girl or it can be used for anyone who was in a relationship in which they realize they couldn't bare to be with each other anymore that they end up the relationship and are in hopes of meeting someone different.

It is because of him, that we are, who we are, and the gift of life. Christmas should be celebrated, each and every moment, we are able to get up and face each day.     I think that Vibeke is right about Cascada singing this song first. Cascada is a relly great singer and so is taylor swift. Why can't we all just agree on that? I really like Cascada and her songs a lot, but I also like taylor's songs too. Lets all just agree with Vibeke that Cascada sung this song first and that taylor's good at singing this song too. (but Cascada is better at singing this. No offense.)
